Piyush Heights: Fight against Cheating and Loot reaches Supreme Court

Fight for Justice and stopping cheat and loot reached Supreme Court today. Piyush Group had challenged National Consumer Commission Order in Supreme Court and Piyush Heights Apartment Allottee Society with right intent opposed Builder plea. Supreme Court Bench comprising of 3 Judges patiently heard the matter and fixed next date for Tuesday (11-Feb-14). We will continue to fight for Justice in highest Court of land and defeat builder evil designs

Supreme Court has come out with balanced order accepting builder plea of accepting his reply in NCDRC but at the same time directing NCDRC to expedite the matter and providing speedy justice.

In the specific facts and circumstances of the case and
with consent of the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of
this appeal by condoning the delay in filing the written statement
before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short
"National Commission") as the written statement has already been filed
by the present appellant and request the National Commission to take
it on record. As the matter remained pending before this Court and
also before the National Commission for quite some time, we request
the National Commission to proceed with the matter expeditiously and
dispose of the same in accordance with law.
With these observations, the appeal stands disposed of.

So now we go back again to National commission forum for Justice is what i understand . I don't understand why law in the country has become so complicated. It takes years to get justice ...its like table tennis, the ball keeps rolling..and the game continues.....i don't understand how i should feel about all of this...

Nothing will happen. Kejriwal does not act against his own ministers or party members.

Nothing good will happen till the all Buyers are not united against these corrupt builders, politicians, and bureaucrat. They may be asked questions during their election campaign on public platform whether they are with builders are with buyers.
