Status of Payments from Triveni through Court Case (EOW)

Guys

Do anyone has any update on the next payment date from Triveni. Many investor of Triveni Galaxy/Signature went to court thru Economic Offence Wing. As per the agreement Triveni agreed to return 80% of the money . Out of this 80% , first installment is already received in Dec'2010/Jan'2011. Has anyone within that group know when is the second installment due.

Also the for the remaining 20% it was decided to go thru Consumer Court. Does anyone has filed the case in Consumer Court.

What does an Invester like me do bow who has not filed any case/complaint against Triveni? How can I be the party to get refund?

DEAR VERMA

You still have the option to file a complaint with E O W if you so wish to. Ultimately your complaint will be clubbed with high court case . No need to spend money on lawyers. you will get your money back at your turn if it comes to court through sale of their land as per the latest orders OF HIGH COURT.

Dear All

I have received a letter from triveni monitoring committee, which is formed as per the order of the high court. All the matters pertaining to the builder will be handled by two retired judges appointed by the court.

Any idea how to go ahead in getting the payments back?

I have also received a similar letter. I would appreciate if someone can throw some light on how to go about asking for a refund. Whom do we approach?

* Consumer Court
* Economic Offences Wing (If yes, where - Delhi or Faridabad)
* Retd Justices committee
* All of the above

someone in this thread has mentioned earlier that people have already received first instalment of their refunds in Dec 2010/Jan 2011. Can anyone suggest if that is indeed the case? If yes, what %age has been received till date?

Appreciate all your responses, as I too am a distressed and duped investor in Triveni

I have also received the similar letter from high court appointed committee. We have decided to nominate Sh Vivek Sharma (advocate Delhi high court and supreme court) as one of the board of directors towards unsecured investors and Mr. atul rakheja as member sub committee to represent refund seekers.

Dear Friends,

I also have flat in Triveni Galaxy/ T-12. I visited Triveni office and taken the copy of the case. High court has appointed two retired judges and constituted committee to start construction. Committee has already started work to sell Triveni land and try to sell Ghaziabad land. I would suggest if we all come together and meet with committee members. I received an email today that anyone can go and meet them on wednesday OR Friday between 2-4 pm based on prior appointment. The more we will show our interest and put pressure, more we will get our flats sooner. Sanjaye Goyal
