Around 5 more FIRs against Triveni Directors | Police non-cooperative

Around 5 more FIRs have been filed by aware middle class buyers taking total count of FIRs against Triveni Directors to whooping 55. Yet, Triveni Directors are scot free and Police is non-cooperative. Most surprisingly, Police have not registered even single FIR by themselves, all FIRs have been ordered by Court.

Faridabad Court has ordered registration of FIR against Director and employees of Triveni Infrastructure Development Co Ltd (namely Mr Madhur Mittal, Mr Sumit Mital, Mr B N Gupta, Mrs Rajkumari, Mr Umesh Katyal, Mr Brijesh Pahuja, Mr Tinku Ujjwal) and also against ex officials of Department of Town and Country Planning Haryana (Mr Nirmal Chand, Mr Ashok Bhalla, Mr Arvind Mehtani, Mr Dhare Singh and ex-DG TCP Mr S S Dhillon). Lot of issues have been raised in this FIR but also points out that the License was issued without sufficient due-diligence.

Correction: We are getting these news from TFAA. But, TFAA is not involved in registration of these FIRs. These FIRs point to growing awareness among middle class buyers to stand up for their rights and fight against builders and administration.

NOT A SINGLE PRINT/ELECTRONIC MEDIA PROVIDED EXIT POLLS, THE WAY THE RESULTS ARE POURING IN FAVOUR OF AAP.

SHOULD WE TRUST THEM or HAS THE FIRST ESTATE SLIPPED IN IT RESPONSIBILITY TO PROJECT THE TRUTH??

AAP has become a ray of hope for all those people who still think that country can be run without Corruption.

There is power in democracy and anybody can be thrown to ground irrespective of how big it is !

I still remember the days of last year NOV when Arvind kejriwal declares the party and said he will fight from the area where ever the Sheela Dixit will fight which looks to be a distant dream and today the long journey comes to an important milestone.

I hope some will take lessons from this that open loot will end soon.

Haryana Govt. is harassing and exploiting honest officers like Mr. Khemka, they have put up charge that he destroyed reputation of Mr. Vadra and other charges. Honest officers in Haryana do not survive even 6 months in one office and they are continuously transferred. We are watching this for many years now. Looks like Aam Aadmi Party and BJP will decimate Congress in upcoming elections in 2014 for Haryana.

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-78 में फ्लैट देने के नाम पर एक निवेशक से लाखों रुपये हड़पने के आरोप में मैसर्स त्रिवेणी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट कंपनी के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ थाना भूपानी पुलिस ने धोखाधड़ी का एक और अभियोग दर्ज किया है, लेकिन आरोपी गिरफ्त से बाहर हैं।

इस मामले की शिकायत सेक्टर-दो हाउसिंग बोर्ड कॉलोनी निवासी झमनलाल ने की है। शिकायतकर्ता ने वर्ष 2006 में सेक्टर-78 में फ्लैट खरीदने के लिए मैसर्स त्रिवेणी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डवलपमेंट कंपनी प्रबंधन से मिला था। कंपनी ने उससे फ्लैट के नाम पर अलग-अलग समय पर 9,19,425 रुपये लिए थे। आरोप है कि कंपनी ने न तो फ्लैट दिया और न ही पैसे लौटाए। इस बारे में कई बार कंपनी प्रबंधन से शिकायत की गई, लेकिन कंपनी प्रबंधन ने शिकायत को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया। इस कारण आज तक शिकायतकर्ता अपने पैसे लेने के लिए दर-दर की ठोकरें खा रहा है। शिकायतकर्ता ने जिला नगर योजनाकार में भी शिकायत की। कंपनी के निदेशक सुमित मित्तल, मधुर मित्तल, प्रबंधक बीएन गुप्ता, फाइनेंस व कोर्डिनेशन एडवाइजर ब्रिजेश पाहूजा, कोर्डिनेशन कंट्रोलर डायरेक्टर टिंकू उजवाल, वरिष्ठ महाप्रबंधक मार्किटिंग मनीष खन्ना, सेल्स एक्जीक्यूटिव राजन गुप्ता, को-ऑर्डिनेटर अजय कुमार के खिलाफ पुलिस से शिकायत की है। शिकायत के आधार पर पुलिस ने इन सभी के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी व जान से मारने की धमकी देने का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है।
