It shows the power of our legal system and courts. It is a warning to builders that if they don't stop cheating and harassing flat owners, people will go to Court and then they should be ready to face serious consequences

do not where the money of all the flat buyers has gone. in my case, 85% is paid.

This is a very good lesson for all the builder who played with the money of innocent people. I just hope the H'able Delhi High Court appointed Joint Monitoring Committee will take care of the investor of this company.

Yes. This is very good. I think the same action should be taken against M-TECH who has eaten my booking amount of 175,000/- . I have taken him in the court. These are more than thieves and there should be serious punishments to them in the court of law.
