Welcome Dr Ratan on forum,I think it will take 2-3 month for your tower,still you can check with SRS Marketing office or sector 12 office.
You can demand Occupancy certificate copy from builder at sector 12 office.

Dear SRS Residency RWA Members/Flat Owners,
If anyone has not received the RWA invitation mail for Independence Day celebration in society,please mail your unit no from your registered mail id with RWA to cross check. Kindly confirm your participation with no of famly members including kids by 12th August max to plan refreshment etc.
Those who have flats and not shifted ,it is good opportunity for you to join with your FAMILY and KIDS on this get- togther celebration by RWA and be part of RWA family and future neighbours.You can join RWA membership even you have not shifted ,but possess a flat in SRS Residency.
