SRS Residency Basement Area

I am a resident of SRS Residency of Sector 88 Faridabad. I just want to bring your attention in the basement area of SRS Residency. I have noticed that water continuously coming on the basement area from somewhere top floors. Due to this water, there is a lot of (silan)/wet on the walls everywhere and it should not happen. I also noticed that basement area is not clean due to this water and other reasons. You support is required for the same. If someone also noticed the same thing then please share your thoughts so that we can together solve this big problem.

Dear Rahul,
I hope you must have received the updates in this regards from rwa.srsresidency@gmail.com that builder has admitted some engineering fault and will start work from 1st oct and reuqire 2-3 month time.
