Possession of C-4 Tower

I have a unit in C-4 tower. Would anyone have an idea of when is SRS going to give possession of the tower!!

Can the members of the forum also throw some light on the construction status of this tower. Last time I visited 4 months back, the work seemed near complete barring some internal finishing.

In which Pocket you have your unit.

It's pocket 5 (if pocket implies one of the 5 units on the same floor i.e. units ending with 1,2,3,4 or 5)

I also possess a flat in C4. One of my friend also has an adjacent unit in the same tower. We have received the possession letter for it. I wanted some clarification about the hidden charges applied by SRS. They have asked for

interest free maintenance security
club membership
UCC
electricity connection charges

I wanted to know is all the money collected on these names are actually used or they are making fool of customers and charging the money?

Any comments on this would be really appreciated.

This is being charged by every builder and honestly you should be happy that you invested with SRS because it is one of the less cheating builder of the area. I don't have investments in SRS but the way they are working and delivering, I really want to be associated with them over other builders with whom I am currently stuck.

IFMS is your 1 year maintenance paid in advance.
Club Membership is your lifetime fee for club usage
I don;t know about UCC
electricity connection charges are for your electricity meter and DG connection.
