Investing in Ozone Park

I am plannign to buy 3 BHK in ozone park.

The dealers is commiting the possesion by Dec.

Pls advise if you are facing any other problems in the project.

I visited the Ozone Park site y'day. Might be they can give the possesion of Tower 1 and 6 by Dec'11 end only if they get all the approvals , NOC from the Govt.

I think you should wait till dec'11 and then can take the decision accordingly. I was supposed to get the possesion of my flat in oct'10 but till date I haven't get the possession yet.

Dealer does not play any role in offering the possession...so take your own informative decision...

I have just visited the site and I dont think builder would be able to give possession any soon.

Builder Shiv sai and other are just providing false information. I have few of my friends stuck up in similar situation where builder offer them possesion within 2-3 month and they end up into waiting cycle.
For my personal experince shiv sai marketing personal Mr. ABC was advising me to move from Sai Part 1 to ozone as it was near completion 1.5 yrs back but still i see the no light at the end of tunnel. Hope I would have invested somewhere else 4 Yrs back.

I have dropped the idea of Ozone park and rather going for JAYPEE KOSMOS... I know it will take even much longer( 3-5 years).. But because of the location ( 5 star hotels and renowed schools around), have chosen the same
