Ozone Park | Possession Letters

Hi All,

Received confirmation from ShivSai that the possession letters for Ozone Park are in transit.

Tower 1 folks would get it within the next few days followed by Tower 2, 3 etc.

Can someone please confirm the receipt of the possession letters? Anything abnormal/out of tune in the contents?

Have you received any feedback from any other source. was at site this Sunday and met few more investors but none from Tower -1. As per them till Sunday none of the investors of Tower -1 has received the letter.

Hi All,

Today i ahve received possession letter in T-11. But surprised to see the super area increased to 1567 sqft from 1480 sqft resulting in cascading effect of the rates altogether and that too have to be paid in short span. Has anybody else received in same line, pls give ur inputs. How come the super built area increase all of a sudden?

you need to join the ozone park association group in yahoo to see the what other owners are getting and what response they are giving to shiv sai.
