Era is keep looting the buyers. He taking full payment but not giving promised facility. Some time back they open escrow account for 180yd buyers as is required in RERA Act. They are taking total payment from the buyers. For possession. When I go to see flats who got the possession. I see no lift and no cleanliness.
So even after total payment by escrow account he is not giving lift as promise. This mean they looting Rs. 1 lakh from each buyer for lift. Same thing they done in 250 yds earlier. Now even after escrow account under RERA they are looting 1 lakh extra from every 180 yds buyer. Builder is looting buyers in every way but nobody raise his voice against this corruption.
I request RWA to raise this matter of corruption.

Whats the status f 250 sq yards floor .. Have they given the possession, registry for that ??

Pichhle 2 years se 250 yds me possession di gayi hai lekin wahan bhi buyers ko loota gaya hai. No lift no proper electricity. Bas key de di hai aur per flat Rs. 1 lakh loot liya.
Abhi registry nahin hui hai.

फरीदाबाद सहित कई अन्य जगहों में ऐसे उदाहरण हैं जहां बिल्डर ने ग्राहकों को उनके फ्लैट का स्वामित्व देने में 9 या 10 वर्षों का विलम्ब किया है। परन्तु इस विलम्ब के बावजूद, फ्लैट के स्वामित्व मिलने के बाद ग्राहकों को अपने निवेश पर कभी पछतावा नहीं होता। क्योंकि उन्हें वादेनुसार उचित गुणवत्ता के फ्लैट और आशाजनक मुलभुत सुविधाएं प्राप्त होती हैं।
फरीदाबाद में ही आर. पी. एस. का उदाहरण देखें। इसने भी ग्राहकों को उनके फ्लैट का स्वामित्व देने में बहुत विलम्ब किया परन्तु उसने अपने रेसिडेंट्स को सर्वोत्तम मुलभुत सुविधाओं के साथ साथ एक स्वस्थ एवं सुरक्षित वातावरण प्रदान किया है जहाँ रेसिडेंट्स और उनके परिवार को किसी तरह की मानसिक असुविधा का सामना नहीं करना पड़ता है।
इसके विपरीत हम डिवाइन कोर्ट की परिस्थिति देखें इसने गैर कानूनी तरीके से 6 वर्षों के विलम्ब पर कुछ ग्राहकों को उनके फ्लैट का फिट-आउट पोजीशन दिया उन ग्राहकों ने हताशा में आकर बिल्डर की सभी शर्तों को आँख मुंड कर स्वीकार किया और फ्लैट का स्वामित्व ले लिया। आज क्या परिस्थिति है? आज उन रेसिडेंट्स को निम्नतर से भी निम्नतर सुविधाओं के साथ रहने को मजबूर होना पद रहा है। बिल्डर ने उन्हें जीवन यापन के लिए आवश्यक मुलभुत सुविधाएं भी समुचित तरीके से प्रदान नहीं की है विवेक गुप्ता और उसके एजेंट ने सोसाइटी में एक डर का माहौल फैला रखा है। रेसिडेंट्स ने फ्लैट के लिए पूरी राशि का भुगतान कर दिया परन्तु उन्हें उसके अनुरूप इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर अथवा सुविधाएं प्राप्त नहीं हुई हैं उन्हीं के पैसे से बिल्डर को उन्हें सुविधाएं प्रदान करनी हैं परन्तु वो भी ऐसे दर्शाया जाता है जैसे कि उन सुविधाओं को प्रदान करने के लिए विवेक गुप्ता और उसके एजेंट के जेब से पैसे जा रहे हैं। आज रेसिडेंट्स को हताशा में लिए हुए उनके गलत फैसले का पछतावा है परन्तु अब मन मसोसकर रहने के अलावा वो कर भी क्या सकते हैं? बिल्डर तो इतना ढींठ हो गया है कि वो हाई कोर्ट के आदेश की भी अवमानना करते हुए ग्राहकों को नियत अवधि में उनके फ्लैट का स्वामित्व नहीं दिया है। इसके विपरीत विवेक गुप्ता और उसका एजेंट ग्राहकों को झांसा दिये जा रहे हैं। कुछ ग्राहक हताशा में आकर उनके झांसे में आ भी जा रहे हैं।
इन परिस्थितियों में मैं नवीन जी, बिनोद जी और आशीष जी से आग्रह करता हूँ कि वो ग्राहकों का मार्गदर्शन करें जो वो शुरू से करते आये हैं। साथ ही मैं ग्राहकों से नम्र निवेदन करूँगा कि वो विवेक गुप्ता और उसके एजेंट के झांसे में ना आएं और हताशा में ऐसा कोई निर्णय ना लें जिससे उन्हें भविष्य में पछताना पड़े। समुचित इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और सुविधा के लिए उन्होंने बिल्डर को भुगतान किया है और ये प्राप्त करना उनका अधिकार है, अपने अधिकार से कोई समझौता ना करें।

Aisi condition mein residents rah kaise rahe hain?
Sabne 30 lakh se jyada money payment kar ke flats liye the aisi situation mein rahne ke liye?
Kya unhein apni family ya children se koi pyar nahin hai jo unhein aisi takleef mein rahne ke liye majboor kar rakha hai?
Mujhe aashcharya hai ki kaise yeh residents chup chap is torture ko bardaasht kar rahe hain?

Mera maanana hai ki hum sabhi buyers ko unite hokar builder ke is attitude ke khilaaf Aawaaj uthani chahiye. Hum sabhi ko chahiye ki hum residents ki maximum help karein. Aisa isliye bhi hai kyonki finally hum sabon ko society mein hi basna hai. yeh hamaare liye hi achha hoga ki humare shift hone se pahle hi wahan ki saari condition thik ho jaaye taaki future mein humein is tarah ki koi takleef na jhelni pade.
