Hi Deepak,

My booking is in D tower. But they claimed that the whole project is cancelled in the letter. You will get it soon and it seems they have not passed this decision apart from the clients. This is the first time from my booking that I have got a speed post letter from ERA.


Its Actually our baddest time I must admit, the cost of land has risen by 60-65 percent from my purchase time, which obviously puts me in a bad shape. Over that ERA says they will return the money in 6 months.

I am not sure what does DHFL interest payment means the letter is still a shock to me. Just wanted to share my anxiety with you all.

There is no response since almost 2 Hrs, i hope somebody Posts that Letter. Or it may be a Rumor only. Till the Letter is not viewed it is a Rumor only.

But Naveen, why someone will lie or make joke on this. This is kind of scary situation. No sensible person will do this.

I sincerely hope that they are able to share the letter. Please do share, we can then plan to visit Era on Saturday in Noida.

Hello Forum Members,

Sorry I think I got the wrong perspective of the letter. This is all because I was banking huge on this property and became too emotional on getting this letter.

It seems that in subvention scheme ERA is no longer interested in paying the interest and they want to cancel all the booking in the subvention scheme.

In fact the Builder has given you option and sympathised with your concern. This is HIGHLY CONDEMNABLE and Jayanta should barr such sensational comments without proof.
