I received a flat possession letter from BPTP to pay increased EDC amount with stating.
“It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the Flat No. Q-XXX of TOWER-Q in our Project "Park Grandeura, Parklands, Sector- 82, Faridabad", having final super built-up area of 1,342 sq. ft. (124.67 sq.
mtrs.) is ready for possession.
The statement of account and maintenance invoice giving the details of the various amounts due and payable by you before taking the possession to carry out fit outs and improvement work are enclosed herewith as Annexure A & B, respectively. You are requested to make the due payments, as per said annexures, within 30 days from the date of this offer letter to avoid any accumulation of interest, as applicable.
This is further to inform you that the Government of Haryana has finally revised the EDC charges, vide Memo No. HUDA.CCF.ACCTT-I-2011/17903 dated May 25, 2011, in respect to the licenses granted by the Director Town and Country Planning, Haryana ("DTCP") in Faridabad w.e.f. 2005.
The earlier EDC amount of Rs.114.00 per sq. ft. was based on the interim rates, which now stands revised to Rs. 1,74,94,000/- per acre retrospectively w.e.f. 28.01.2006, vide the above mentioned memo. Thus, on account of the said increase,your EDC stands revised to Rs. 293.00 per sq. ft. (Rs. 3,153.85 per square meter) and an amount of Rs.251,818.00 /- stands due and payable within 30 days of the present communication on account of the same.”
Can we send the same letter to BPTP drafted by PANAYAM team?
