Puri Pratham Super Area calculation

Dear Friends,

I own a flat in Puri Pratham,recently noticed that their website shows its a G+10 structure and the booking form mentioned G+8 floors.Infact the features tab still shows G+8 structure.

Now i do realise that along with changing the floor layout they have taken an approval for adding 2 more floors which is fine however shouldn't this mean that the super area load for each flat owner should reduce since there are almost 132 additional flats being added which translates to 132000/- sq feet additional carpet area.

Puri has been marketing this project as one of the best in effeciency.Their website states

Lowest difference between super & carpet area

and now this change in layout and plan.

Is there anyway we can take this up with PURI asking for an explaination.

Since there are contradictory info how do we know which one is correct ? Because then only we can think of next step ?

With the increase of two storeys in the building there is decrease of Super area and in order to seek justice you are supposed to go to the court and demand justice.

YADAV JI , THERE WILL NOT BE ANY DECREASE IN AREA,IT IS NOT FINE THING TO INCREASE THE STOREYS,AS MORE PEOPLE WILL UTILIZE THE SAME FACILITIES
BUILDER CAN NOT CHANGE THE LAYOUT PLAN AS PER COURT RULING ,IF ANY MEMBER HAS OBJECTION,HE CAN MOVE TO COURT ,STAY WILL BE GRANTED
