Revised EDC calculations for Prayanam

Hello Friends,

Has any body done a basic calculations for Prayanam? Since PCL is not sending us the revised sheet, I want to be aware of our own calculations.
Pl share details, if any flat owner has done for our project.

Hi Saraswati/All, you can do it yourself in 15 minutes. All you need is these parameters:

1. Total Project Area in acres (that will be in brochure/agreement)
2. Licence Year (For 2009, EDC rates are Rs 233 lakhs per acre and for each year, it gets decreased 10% compounded)
3. Number and type of flats in your society to calculate total sq ft area(that will be in brochure)

Please refer to excel sheet that I uploaded for Piyush Heights. Excel sheet has formulas in it. Just replace with these values and you will get EDC per sq ft for your project.
