Dear Members,

Accept my apologies, I was out of touch with the forum. For sure please count my presence for the meeting with Mr. Puri.

I am not a legal expert so I need a hand their during the meeting.

In my opinion, I think we cannot avoid the decision of paying EDC as this is HUDA stuff and I am sure we have court verdict pending in this case so we could wait for that.

The only sole agenda in my opinion is to defer the payment of EDC maximum upto the possession date or may be if we could get atleast 3 months extension.

I request all respected members (who are planning to come) to be their at the site 1/2 hrs early so that we could make a common strategy and have a unanimous spokesperson talking clearly to Mr. Arjun Puri on this matter.

Please share your thoughts and count me in for the meeting.
