Possession of flats

Hi! I am a new member in Puri Pranayam. Greetings to all members. I have brought a flat in resale. The original agreement mentions 36 months as the time for possession and that period has already elapsed. In spite of this, no action has been taken for the same. Am I eligible for interest claim. Will the original period apply for me or will it start afresh from the day of transfer of the property to me? Anyone who can throw some light on this? Also, what is the status of Sector roads in the Neharpar. The inauguration was done in May, but the progress appears to be very slow. The Forum members can play a very vital role in speeding up things.
