If you look at profile of majority of politicians we had in recent past, They don't really reserve to be our leaders.

AAP has provided a good platform for common man to stand up and give tough fight to inefficient and rotten politicians, Why not some of the active members file in nomination, and if selected stand for election. Or possible if you are aware of friends/acquaintances standing in, Possibly share details of them.

Support to any political party including AAP should only be when they agree to establish rule of law and transparency in Real Estate Industry. Some of points I can think in Agenda are:

1. Passing of Haryana State Real Estate Bill within 15 days with strict provisions for protecting rights of home buyers
2. Quick Implementation and Execution of development works to enable living in our residential units
2. Registration of FIRs and Criminal prosecution of builders indulging in cheating with buyers in various forms like increase in super area, additional charges etc.
3. Audits of EDC collections and taking action against HUDA/DTCP for exploiting home buyers
4. CAG Audits of builder accounts to reveal frauds. For information, every colonizer signs a contract with director general, Town and Country planning that profits on the project can't exceed 15%. But, in reality, builders are making 100% profits and indulging in practices of siphoning off money to other projects.
5. Super extra charges of registration of flats in Greater Faridabad area. Whereas in established colonies in Faridabad, rate of registration is only Rs 2000 per sq ft but in non developed colonies in Greater Faridabad, registration charges are Rs 4000/- per sq ft.
6. Automatic Cancellation of licences of builders who delay the project beyond a year.
etc.

Jan 9, 2014, 11.07AM IST)

---------------------

Various protests and court cases by GFWA/RWAs/FAOA "suck" valuable time/effort/money of COMMON Man caused due to
-illegalities by builders
-dereliction of duty by bureaucracy and
-ARBITRARY acts by authorities.

Candidates offering to fight need to show their understanding and resolve about the issues. Few Specifics of sufferings of Common Man in Greater Faridabad/Harana post16704.html?hilit=Triveni#p16704

Print/Electronic Media is all crazy for the "Badi khabar", common man may just HOPE to use it. However, social media/Forums are absolutely the Right and Honest communication medium. As Right and Honest, as we choose to express ourselves/debate and raise sensitivity about ensuing elections to strengthen the cause..

Thanks for reading

Cheers
