Slamming the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) for executing development works in an unprofessional and unplanned manner in Faridabad zone, the state government has said the approach caused delay in the completion of projects.
“This has not only affected the welfare of the people but caused financial loss to HUDA,“ as per the minutes of a review meeting of Faridabad zone held by financial commissioner and principal secretary, town and country planning, Sudeep Singh Dhillon in April.

The engineers of the authority also came under fire from the state government for giving target dates for completion of projects in total disregard of ground conditions.

“Most of the reasons spelled out for delay of projects are such that they could be anticipated with little care only,“ said SS Dhillon.

Hi,

BPTP has increased the BSP for its all Projects in Faridabad and it is surprise that now the Princess park BSP is revised to 3150/- for some towers like EHGH and for others 3000/- that means the total cost of a 2 BKH 1305 sqft flat will cost you around 50 lacs+ Regd and stamp duty.

Regards,

BPTP is taking Faridabad's home buyers as guaranteed and think that we are not capable to make noise or to do anything about BPTP.

This step rise in prices by BPTP shows the Frustration level.

At this price you can get anything at Noida and in Some part of GGN, where all infrastructure is already in place.

The way, Govt. and builders are moving...it will take minimum 5 years for livable conditions in that area.

No, it can't be for old bookings.
Normally, any change in BSP applies for New/Fresh Bookings only.

So, Don't worry

Hi Ajay,
Will that impact any price rise in secondary market for existing user's, will they be able to see their flats on respectable price now?

Any possibility...

Thanks

Ya, but to point to think is... Why?
Why is HUDA so slow in Neharpar.
They know that there is such a delay, they know that residents n investors r restless n hassled.. they also know that they wd get additional millions in revenue if all residents start living their.. The overall quality of life of all the villagers around the area will get business prospects.. Still they r soooo slow?
And, the best part is.. This is the same HUDA who is doing wonders for Gurgaon.
There has to a bigger picture behind this..
