Cost Escalation, Extra Charges and Penalty charges

Hi

I received offer of possession for KLJ Green. I have flat in A2 tower. On Possession later KLJ Green, Developer charging too much for Cost Escalation and Other Extra Charges. Developer not ready to pay penalty for late possession. I am moving with legal department and filling a PIL against developers. Need owner of flat support for same.

I received offer of possession for KLJ Green in A3 tower. KLJ is demanding extra charges for increase in super area, escalation and other items. Developer is not ready to pay penalty for late possession. I am planning to take legal action in the consumer court.
