One of my ftiends wantsto invest in KLJ greens, Could you plz help me out!

1) How is the project Over all for invest
2) What is the going resale price?
3) Is it Worth investing in KLJ Greens for own use
4) any other Projects below 40 lacs where he can invest for own use.

ur friend can go for 2 + 1 in klj greens the sector is going to well connected with bptp bridge , u can find a deal between 2400 to 2800 depending on floor , booking rate and tower the project layout is very good only four flats per floor , whole sector is growing fastly all master roads are ready and sector internal roads work is in full swing , no high tension wires in whole sector , no unauthorized colony and village in the boundary of sector close to sector 79 in which a good no of jobs are coming in future

Was anybody who has invested in KLJ greens phase II( TOWERS B3 ONWARDS) promised complementary AC and Modular kitchen by the builders??

I booked a flat in KLJ Greens on 13 th floor in tower B3 in july 2012 and was told that 12 th floor onwards the company is offering AC in all the room, modular Kitchen and wooden flooring in master bedroom.

But they did not give anything in written despite my sending numerous mails in this regard.
On 13th April when I finally went to Karambhoomi's office in Ansal Plaza , some Mr Ravinder informed that these facilities are being provided to only phase I buyers ie towers A1, A2, A3, B1 and B2.

Has anybody else also been subjected to similar kind of false promise???

This is really very unfair on part of Karambhoomi. I also know that the dealer had been giving advertisements in Local Newspapers at that time offering ACs , Wardrobes and Modular Kitchen to all its customers who will book the KLJ Green Flats thru him. There is no reason as to why this dealer is backing out from his commitment ?

With a heavy heart I hereby declare that as has been the case so far for long we are unable to muster 20 people. So there is no need for the meeting. It stands cancelled because of apathy of the KLJ Flat buyers. this was my last initiative, so no more emails on this account. thank all of you members who have come to each and every meeting in our earlier attempts. Hats off to their commitment. But since there are requirement of more and we are unable to muster them, so that's it from me. No meeting tomorrow
