Do we invide HUDA also in meeting?

It will be better if Administrator HUDA, Faridabad and Superintending Engineer, HUDA who is responsible for preparation of Estimates for construction of roads, water supply and S.E. DHBVN is also called in the meeting on 20th May so their preparation is also reviewed. As per my knowledge possession of most of land acquired for the road has been taken by the LAO/HUDA official, hence they may be directed by D.C. to prepare the estimate and get it approved from the higher officer which will take 3-4 months. If initiative is taken by the D.C. then the same will be approved within 10-15 days. I will also join the meeting.

But, will all those officials would come there?
As it would be going very hot discussion.
But, can be try to call all those officials to get update on the status of land acquisition statuf for master roads.
and updates on other development activities.
