Weekly Conference for Greater Faridabad Welfare Association

Dear All,

I believe that we should have a weekly status meeting on conference call for our association in which all office bearers should be present. Any other people who are having some important things to discuss can also join. We have used voice conferencing many times for our Piyush Heights Owners residents community in which people located in all over the world have participated. There is a website http://www.sabsebolo.com that provides us that free facility. To repeat office bearers that we are having:

2. Meet with HUDA Administrator, Faridabad on 30th Sept, tentatively
3. Follow up with subsequent protests

We are pleased to inform the forum members that we have started communicating through conference call. In this process, the first conference call was successfully conducted on 19th September.

The undermentioned points shall be discussed.
The below points were already conveyed by Dheeraj;

I would add few more points:

a) The nominated member shall send the personnel details for registration of society/association latest by Wednesday. The complete documents shall be handed over to Mr. Yadav latest by Thursday/Friday for registration. The process shall take at least 3 weeks.

Update until Tuesday: Dheeraj, Jayanta, Guarav and Akhilesh has already sent the doucments. Thanks

b) The updated list of forum members after sorting the data shall be send to nominated members intially who shall communicate with at least 5 members.

2nd Weekly Conference call successfully held on 26th September, 2010 (Sunday) at 11 AM. 5 members attended the call viz. Dheeraj, Sanjeev, Sonika, Amitav from Mumbai and Ashwin.

Points discussed:

1. User IDs and passwords not working. For this, members are requested to reset their user names/passwords online. If that does not work, please contact Jayanta (admin@myfaridabad.in), Admin.

2. Adding more interested members to Greater Faridabad Movement. Gaurav has circulated the sheet and responsibility has been assigned to contact them

3. Meeting with Administrator, HUDA, Faridabad has been decided on 30th September, 11 AM. Interested members are requested to join us for the peaceful meeting with him. We will submit a letter to him and demand answers in 7 days. After that, date of protests will be formally decided.

4. Sanjeev informed that documents have been received by him for almost all members and we can now start process of forming a legal group based in Faridabad that will push for development in Neharpar/Greater Faridabad.

5. Concern raised why members are not attending? Please note that without your support, movement will not succeed. It is mandatory for all executive members to attend and optional for all other members.
