To all concern,

CP is not suitable for meeting, place of meeeting should be near by Greater Faridabad like Sector 12 Town Park, Faridabad which is almost 2 K.M. from Greater Faridabad. After the meeting or before meeting we can also examine the speed of construction and development.

I’m also in favor of meeting at Town Park Sec-12 FBD. It is near to the project and later on we can also examine the progress of the construction work of the project.

Hi Jayanta,
Where is the meeting finally happening??
The construction level can only be judged if you are allowed inside the site. If at all the purpose of this visit is to see the site from the periphery, then many among have visited off late and captured some pics/ videos. Unfortunately, there has not been any significant progress off late.
I understand CP was decided considering convenience to vast majority among us due to metro's connectivity to Central Delhi.

Pankaj

Hi to all,
Yes, We are attending meeting tomorrow at Town Park.
But I would like to make one request to all.

Lets now discuss one and only one Issue : Development of NeharPar area (Sector Roads, Water, Sewarage and Electricity).

Because, result of meeting with DC-FBD is now going against the builders malfunctions.
Now every one is focusing on Bulilders issues and all Officials at Faridabad also ordered enquiry for Builders malpractices, all forget about our core agenda.....

Due to that we all diverted from our main focus.. i.e DEVELOPMENT OF NEHARPAR AREA.

SO FOR THE TIME BEING LETS FOCUS ON DEVELOPMENT OF NEHARPAR AREA>>>> BUILDERS ISSUES CAN BE TAKEN SEPERATLY.

Hi ajay
I totally 200% agree with you ,development is on back seat for goverment and if we dont wakeup ,unite and pressurize goverment, area would not be liveable for next 2-3 year too. Some of builders are offering possession this year, but in reality due to poor infrastructure there is no benefit of this possession..

so its time to wake-up and talk one and only one issue i.e infrastructure development of Neharpar area that is urgent need.
