Updates from Meeting with DTP(Faridabad) Sanjeev Mann

Postby s1joshi » Fri Mar 25, 2011 10:22 pm

Hi All

Post our protest march, GFWA delegation had a meeting with DC and STP on 4th March , where DC had directed STP to prepare and submit a report. Mr Narendra Chabbra and Rahul Goel visited DC Office today to gather followup updates for our meeting. Please find attached copy of report forwarded by DTP( Sanjeev Mann) Faridabad to DC (Praveen Kumar) Faridabad.

The response indicate the authorities are still not in mood to take any action and no one seem to be accountable, They just want customer to ping pong between the authorities

We need members opinion to take our actions forward more aggressively. Please share your views and opinions

Hello Everyone

Apologies for the inconvenience.

I am re-attaching the report forwarded by DTP( Sanjeev Mann) Faridabad to DC (Praveen Kumar) Faridabad in response of the concerns raised by Greater Faridabad Welfare Association. Please have a look...

All these government servants just want to shed away the responsibilities and do absolute nothing.. No matter how much the common man suffers !!!

Surprisingly not a single word about infrastructure delay not mentioned in the reports.

Hi Folks,

I have gone through the reply submitted by DTP to DC. Very cleverly, he has justified all the acts of Builders and has not discussed a word about the development of Greater Faridabad. It’s evident from this reply that any action by HUDA/Customers against builders can be initiated only at the time of taking over possession/obtaining occupation certificate. The reply clearly shows that HUDA can do hardly anything against the builders & we will have to wait & watch. I strongly recommend that let’s now deal with our respective builders separately and start fighting collectively towards development of Greater Faridabad.

Todal all central & state govt listen to Supreme Court only. Do we have option available to file PIL in supreme court. I think only option left to get the infrastrute in this area.

Hi Kush,

Yes, I'm totally Agree with you.

In this all recent communication and development, we lost within ourselves and all are just running behind builders.

But where is the action against the main culprits..i.e HUDA , STPs and Govt Officials.

I already said many time we need to be united for common cause and we need to first focus on Overall development.

Against Builders, you have Builder Buyer agreement copy, but do u have any Documents/agreement with HUDA, STP or others...No not at all...
So only way is remaining that We should move to Courts...because in current scenario no body listen to u. Until there is some Order from courts..

Builder related issues are taken by their respective allottees.

But for Greater Faridabad development..GFWA and “myfaridabad.in” is the right platform.
So tomorrow come with your ideas/thoughts and your participation and future development of G.FBD.

We need more and more ideas , and peoples who can participate....So THAT WE CAN ACHIEVE OUR GOAL.

I also agree with Ajay & Kush. Let’s be more specific now & divide our movement in two parts, one HUDA specific for overall development of Gr. FBD & one Builder specific.

Since HUDA authorities are emphasizing on the fact that major issues are based on the written agreement executed between the Colonizer & the Purchasers & as per provision of HDR Act of 1975 & PSR Act 1963, no action can be taken by HUDA. So let us critically analyse our Buyer's Agreement and come out with the violations committed by the builders.

On the other hand, let's keep the pressure on the HUDA Authorities for overall development of the Gr. FBD area.

Not only the Buyers Agreement but also the Brochures, newsletters etc. given by the Builder form a part of the Agreement. DTP and STP are directly responsible for any change in layout and plans after the builder has accepted any amount of money from the Buyers. A writ petition can be filed in the HIgh Court against HUDA and DTP or STP for authorising such illegal changes.

Hello eskay2112@rediffmail.com, I fully agree with you. We will file writ petition in High Court against:

1. HUDA for lack of development and infrastructure
2. Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana for not taking any action against builders.

We are looking for support from all quarters. Requesting for help from your association based in Gurgaon. We know in Gurgaon, there is a lot of legal awareness and Gurgaon residents have also won case against DLF and DTCP
