Minutes of Meeting dt 27.3.11 (Town Park, Faridabad)

Hi all,

First of thanks to all members , who ever were present on yesterday meeting.

This is really big gathering and good sharing by all members.

Pls take a note on the minutes of meeting of yesterday meeting at Town park, Sec-12. Faridabad.

Major points:

-Meeting attended by 61 poeple.
-Project specific responsibilities fixed.
-GWFA a/c will be opened in a week's time. Members agreed for rs 500/- contribution.
-Follow up with DC on the complaint.
-Decided to file a writ in high court. Draft to be ready in 15 days and writ to be filed based on reply from DC.
-Names in bold in the chart are the team leaders who need to put together the strong teams. More members to be added.
-Coordinating between different teams-- ResP : Dheeraj and Seema

Also have added task of social service like blood donation, participating in pulse polio campaigns etc. Need volunteers to take up this responsibility.

We also need to announce on forum that our memorandum has provision for fighting cases against all the builders in Neharpar area. However, to do so, respoctive team leaders for the groups have to discuss this within the group and then all cases filed through GFWA should be discussed and approved by our legal team. If we engage ourselves in project specific cases at this moment, we will lose track on the bigger picture. Tomorrow if we have more strength, we can do this. I suggest our legal team can help people getting in touch with right lawyers

Sorry, I could not be a part of this meeting.

I am quite happy with the decision of filing a petition in High Court against HUDA. However, I was reminded by a thread on this forum, that we planned to meet CM, Haryana.
I am not sure if someone did try this, but, if not then we must give a try to meet him. It may not be easy and quick but as a parallel activity this can be taken up.

Also, even if 50% of the registered members can send a letter to the CM, which highlights our plight and asking for intervention and prioritizing development of Gr. Faridabad, then we can definitely expect some outcome. Maybe use the media to this as another effort of investors - this time to the CM.

I was in process of drafting the letter and then circulating it on this forum so that everyone can just forward the same to Mr. CM but could not. So, I request the newly formed teams to kindly help us with a letter which we all can send to CM.
