Meeting with Administrator, HUDA is confirmed for Monday, 2nd May at 4 PM. We have received official confirmation from his secretrary

Agenda for meeting will be development related to roads, water, sewerage pipes, bridges over canal, connectivity to NOIDA, Metro for Greater Faridabad

We will not be covering any issues related to builders/land acquisition etc.

Location Venue is Administrator Office, Sector 12, HUDA Complex, Faridabad

Hi,

Today I spoke to a sales guy from BPTP. He confirmed that they have got tender for sector roads and work wil start very soon in sector 80. Can it be true??
I know that you guys are more closely following up on this and thank you so much for that. May be you can ask this in the meeting with HUDA administrator because if this is not true then he should know bptp is making these claims.

Govind, ask that sales guy of BPTP to give this in writing, forward to us and we will make sure that he gets lodged in Tihar Jail ! There are facilities also for lodging VIP people like CEO, Vice President in Tihar if they can also give this in writing. They will get company of CEOs of other real estate companies currently lodged in Tihar Jail.

Tendering is 5th step that occurs in process

1st step is land acquisition
2nd step is preparation of estimates
3rd step is approval of estimates
4th step is tendering process
5th step is award of tender

When currently 1st step is NOT complete for Sectors 75 and 80, then how can you expect award of tenders? It is a sheer common sense. In fact, we are expecting delays in these sectors as HUDA is facing land acquisition troubles

bhai logon...come forward..if this time road construction work does not get start in next couple of months then forget...any way with the Congress in media every second day for one or other corruption case, forget all the approvals / commitments by state or central ministers...Haryana was getting favor from centre on metro and other projects.. now forget all this..if some thing does not get materialise in couple pf months

It is unbelievable that someone from HUDA called early in the morning, where it is hard to find them even in office hour :-) However it is a good indication.
Dheeraj Ji, I would like to mention if street light provision can be added with widened and repaired existing roads under point: a) Master/Sector Roads.
