Would like to request each one of you to provide specific information corresponding to your builder in Neharpar, Some of the details we are looking for include

1881 is sq ft area including everything (built up + flat area)
i paid my last installment in Jan last year n since then there are no changes.. all money gone n now project is waiting for possession

Is Super Area found to be changed at time of possession (Y/N along with +/- SQFT change): Builder has started telling that it will increase super area by 100 sq ft

Specific Construction Quality/Safety Issues (You would lik eto bring attention): Poor quality tiles, doors, aluminimum works etc. Will not last more than 1 year

You posted two time details of Omaxe Spa village...And in both posts..there are difference of

Promised delivery period (MMM-YYYY)__________________MAR 2011

Promised delivery period (MMM-YYYY)__________________JULY 2011.

So can you pls confirm which one is correct....so that we can put correct date in our data sheet.

All, memebrs are requested to pls go through their builder buyer agreement copy and make double check of the promised dates.
