Thanks Abhishek for making the agenda points. This is very good approach to make this process participatory and we all can raise our issues during the meeting.
In addition to already listed points by you, I have following suggestion:
a. Existence of twin level parking (as this is not appearing on the site during my visit and also did not got any notification for changes).
b. In absence of twin level parking what is the plan of Umang to accommodate the vehicles, whether are they going to refund amount to the buyers as they have saved huge money by not making the twin level parking.
c. Changes in lay out plan viz swimming pool and club house etc.
d. Status on progress sewer tank construction.
e. Reasons for not offering the possession as they had assured to offer the possession for B2, C2 and D2 in June 2012.
Other friends from this community may also contribute to add more and correct the already suggested points, which already we have pointed out and is not relevant to discuss during meeting.
I am confirming my participation in the meeting on 30th.
