I HAD BOOKED A FLAT IN PAL GROUP , SEC-89, HE IS ASKING FOR PAYMENT OF " NON TOWER BASEMENT AREA" WHICH IS

APPROX OF RS 95, 000.00 & IT WAS NOT MENTIONED IN CONSTRUCTION LINKED PLAN WHICH I RECEIVED AT TIME OF

ALLOTMENT , & HE IS ASKING FOR NEW DEMAND OF EDC/IDC , OF RS 162/ PER SQY ,


SO PEACE ADVICE WHAT TO DO ,
