Dhingra Jardine Gloria sector 80 : Is it really Worth ?

Dear All,

I have (UN)fortunately invested in Property in DHINGRA JARDINE GLORIA SCTR80 FBD , been almost 2 years + & so far my experience with developer is like a WORST POSSIBLE NIGHTMARE , does anyone else have the issues with them or only i m the chosen one...issues which i am facing is they claim they have not got the payment in there account where is my banker confirm the TT was done successful y , i have to call them n chase them asking about next payment due n then one fine day they reply saying 2-3 payments are due ...or just doubling the EDC & IDC charges.

Appreciate if any other owner in same property can guide...since i m nt based in India..i cant afford to chase the builder PHYSICALLY

Consumer Court is the only answer , Than why the People do not go to consumer court? Somebody please explain!!!!!
