I am interested to know the KST Project Status and related know how ( current market value, challenges etc...) for the project.

Anyone there who has invested in this?

Hi,

I am the suferer for KST. I have invested in Jan 2007 and still there's no update on possession

Even I have made down payment to the builder. No penalty from builder

I doubt that this builder has intention to complete the project. Even after our last meeting at his office & his promise to expedite the work. No significant improvement is seen.

Ultimately this is a question of our future.

Dear KST Investors

I seek advise from all. I had booked a flat in KST group's Whispering Heights , Vasundhra Complex, Sector-88, Faridabad (adjoining RPS) in 2006. Possession was due in 2009 but it has not been done so far. We had paid EDC in the initial stages only. And more than 90% payment has been made by us. Earlier, they demanded enhanced EDC from us which we have not paid requesting that the matter is subjudiced.

Now, we have received a letter demanding us to pay "External Electrification Charges and Fire Fighting charges(EEC/FFC) @100/- per sq ft. amounting to a total of Rs.180000/- . Pls let me know if u all have also recieved such letter.

Please advise if this is a justified demand as this was not communicated to us earlier. Also, aren't such charges supposed to be inclusive in the total cost of the unit.

Please guide asap.

Most of the investors in KST project havent paid enhanced EDC and the new EEC/FFC charges.

A meeting was held amongst group of KST investors and KST representatives this morning and they have promised to come back in 15 days.

A society has been formed and registered now. Therefore anyone who has invested in this project is most welcome to join the group.
