Hi All,
After 2.5 year, Ferrous is now sending illegal demand to many customers (those who had not taken Club membership)
and asking for club charges (50K) with interest (35K) of past 2.5 year...saying it was never optional.
If any body of our group also facing this issue? (those who not yet got such demand letter..may get in future..just be Alert!).
If anybody in group can advice..wt should be done.

Has anybody visited ferrous site recently?
What is the status?
Will they be able to complete their project in this century or we have to wait for another birth?
But as far as i know in india we can not take the possession in next birth so what is the solution?
please suggest

I have received mail confirmation from Ferrous Infrastructure for the possession of N-tower (3 BHK) in Sep'2012 month.

We are group of people from BPCL who have bought in Ferrous. Many of us are in "B" tower. What is the stand taken by GFWA member who have booked in this tower and subjected to PLC payment despite shifting of its original postion whereby PLC no longer applicable.

Hi All

I am also the buyer in ferrous, Please anyone tell me the construction progress there. Is ferrous also demanding EDC hike charges.

Yes, Ferrous has issued enhanced EDC demand letter just days back which makes total EDC demand to be more than Rs 310 per sq ft as being informed to me by Mr. Atul yesterday. Also, as now is trend with other developers, Ferrous has also inserted a cancellation threat in letter. As Ferrous got licence in 2007, total EDC +IDC demand should be around Rs 250/- sq ft and hence there seems to be loot in name of EDC.

I have received demand letter from Ferrous for extended EDC with rate of 142 sqft with last date of 26th June.

Please suggest what to do with this.

We have no basis how to calculate the EDC, Haryana Government is worse than Punjab and UP, they are en cashing proximity to delhi and don t bother what flat owners are facing. As we are left with no option but to pay and take legal action against Ferrous for delay

What is the status of ferrous phase 1 construction. Any progress? I got news that builders like SRS who charged 291 per sq ft as edc are returning at 26 rs per sq ft back. Also is there any dispute in ferrous currently.
