I believe, it’s high time, we make and register an RWA for SRS PEARL INDEPENDENT FLOOR. This will not only provide a proper channel for member grievances, but also would be a legal entity to put pressure and challenge excesses by the builder, if necessary. It will have greater impact than each of us raising issues individually with the builder/government. When we meet next time on 19th August, lets contribute a token membership money (Rs. 1000 or 500 whatever all agree) and start the process of registration of the RWA. I guess minimum of 7 (or is it 15?) members are required to form an association. The more the better.

Is it possible to form a RWA without getting possession? What are the other norms? Can someone enlighten us on this subject?
