Things residents like/dislike about Pearl Floors

Can the existing residents of Pearl Floors help people like me who are looking to buy a property there, in understanding the positives + negatives of Pearl floors?

Can residents let all know what happened to the Lifts in Pearl floors.

No lifts are installed by SRS despite their commitment in builder buyer agreement/ allotment letter. The 3rd floor of the project was introduced later with a commitment of providing lifts but till date no action is taken by SRS inspite of receiving full payment. I would strongly suggest to insist SRS for installing lifts in the society and in case refusal by SRS lets move to the Court for our rights.

You should do a site visit first and talk to residents there - electricity , water , amenities , approach road , quality of construction , security : all this will be clear.

It's a better option than asking on forum and waiting for reply.

Lift should not be an issue for GF,FF & SF
3F may face issues.

Maintenance is by HFS - SRS takes 1 year Maintenance charges in advance at time of possession.

I have already complaint in consumer forum for lift issue and other related issue. Those interested the same contact mob-9910880862

i am also following for lift and other quality issue with the builder for pearl floor. They are just giving excuses and no assurance as on date. Despite of commitment in buyer agreement they are not installing the lifts and the same has been committed during the time of introducing 3rd floor.
There are so many flaws in the commitment and we should unit to fight against the non compliance. i am reachable at sandeepdothan243@gmail.com and lets start sharing information
