Unjustified demand of interest for delayed allotment by SRS

HI All,

SRS Pearl independent floor sec-87: P2-11D

I have booked a flat in SRS pearl in 2009, and i have recieved allotment after one and half year for the same. Now SRS send me demand with 18% interest for one and half year Rs(54000)/-, that time i have not allotted any floor from SRS.

without allotted any floor from SRS, demand 18% interest for one and half year.

Any body can face same problem from SRS, so please let me know and talk with SRS management for the same and waived off this 18% interest.
