Dear Prabhat Ji,

I have got the information from the senior management, sharing the same.

And i am sure you are aware that there is a difference between the "Offer of Possession" and a "Possession Letter".

What they are doing now is releasing offers only and there is a gap of almost 45 Days in releasing possession letter followed by this, so it will be around June only.

Rest is actually their (Builders)own wish, we can only do predictions and believe what they are saying now.

Hi All,

If anybody can go to SRS office and check what they have to say for the possession of unit ids 24 to 44.

I got the information that they will soon release the offer of possession of the same.

Just wanted to validate the information.

This is just to bring into the notice of all those who are still waiting for the possession.

There is a big dispute going on, between the builder SRS and the contractor who is involved in the finishing work and allowing the possession to be offered.

Most probably the settlement of dues towards the contractor is the reason, because of which the contractor is acting slowly .
Requesting you to kindly visit the SRS new office at SRS Tower to find out the exact cause and pressurize them for not crushing the end users in their internal fights.

Hope some of us will act on it.
