Possession and Demand status-Pearl Floors,P-1, 87

It would be so kind of you all, if anybody from you could share any sort of information regarding the next demand and possession status of the flats in P-1, pocket sector 87.

The furnishings are lying almost at the the same status as of four months back, except the internal roads.

Dear Pearl Floors Members,

I got the expected confirmation from the builder side and few respectable dealers about the possession status of Pearl Floors of Sector 87.

The priority of possession will be like,

1: Pocket 4
2: Pocket 3
3: Pocket 1
4: Pocket 2

This process will start from Mid November to December end 2012.

Hopefully this Diwali bring some good news, to all of us who owns the units in these pockets. :

All those who have their flats in Pocket 4, will be receiving their offer of possession very soon, requesting you to kindly share the scanned copy of the final demand letter mentioning the break up of all the charges, with all the members on this platform, for a better understanding of the remaining charges other than 5% of the BSP.

Recently i purchased a resale flat in srs pearl floors in P3 pocket and I have received a demand of Rs 205910/- on 12Nov 2012 for the completion of flooring on pocket P3. Last due date for payment is 15/12/2012.

Dear Pearl Floor Owners,

Pocket 4 has already received the offer of possession a month and a half back, hope many of you planning for relocation.

One thing i am worried about is, the space below the floors are sufficient enough to accommodate 8 Cars assuming all the owners got one.

To me they should calculate , divide and Mark the space, i feel not more than 7 cars can be parked with one foot distance being maintained in between.

If so there will be chaos for parking there.

Please share if anybody have any new update or information regarding the same.

Today, I have got a call from a Dealer & as per him SRS will start possession in next month for Pocket P3 & P1.

SRS will start releasing offer of possession to all those who own units in Pocket 1.

What is the source of information.
I have flat in Pocket P-3, Flat No 1D. I have talked in SRS before one week & as per their executive possession will start in May or June.

Dear Prabhat Ji,

I have got the information from the senior management, sharing the same.

And i am sure you are aware that there is a difference between the "Offer of Possession" and a "Possession Letter".

What they are doing now is releasing offers only and there is a gap of almost 45 Days in releasing possession letter followed by this, so it will be around June only.

Rest is actually their (Builders)own wish, we can only do predictions and believe what they are saying now.
