Poor Quality of Construction

Hi All ,

My self Naveen Gupta - Allotee of P1/10A flat.
After the site visit i found following problems in SRS Pearl Floor:-

-Construction Quality is not upto the mark.
-Wood/Board quality is poor.
-Electrical fittings are good in quality but point is not at right place.
-Cable point provision is also wrong.
-Floor/wall tiles are IInd quality tiles.
-Internal road quality is very bad.
-No road connectivity.
-Blank lift space is very dangerous and unhygienic.
-Non covered space in between two floors from stair case is very dangerous.
-Security is also main threat.
-Wrong provision of sheet ,wasing & bath space of master bathroom.
-Right now there is no connectivity of govt power.
-Right now water connectivity is also biggest problem.
-They people are not providing the iron grill on window.
-Slope in bathroom,kitchen & balcony is also not proper.
-They are charging high EDC/IDC without sharing the proper calculation.
-After charging the IDC they are also charging the EEC & Sewerage connectivity charges.

Request you please unit and start fight against the builder lobby.Other wise they will not do any thing.
This is the right time where we can start fight against him.
