Actual Date of possession of SRS PERL FLOOR P2-27/B and Prime Location Charges

1.No fix date of flat possession has been inform to me so far in spite of verbal promises of different dates on time to time .

2.I have paid Rs 98,572 as extra charges on Account of Prime Location Charges Corner Facing against flat no as stated above at time of allotment in advance. Although It is true that flat is at corner site but during my physical inspection at flat spot, I have seen that prime location is not there in actual but High rise Building has been constructed there in front of my flat.
