Is anyone get the possession letter of Omaxe spa village in Sector 78 because i heard that Omaxe is not paying the delay penalty. Please update on the same.

Yes, possession for ASPEN-A & D has been offered. Omaxe is paying penalty in for direct sale cases.. no penalty for resale units.
