We can go in in together to demand for enhanced EDC and ask for registry?

Hello everyone,

I got a letter about possession for my SRS Royal Hills and I paid all expenses including maintenance fees.

Now,when we went for taking NOC, they have asked us to pay for parking per there new company rule and asking to pay rs. 1,50,000 for Open parking or rs.2,50,000 for covered parking.

My father told them that since I live in US,i don't need parking and it was completely optional at the time of booking.

We also explained them that we did got a letter in 2013 asking rs.1,50,000 for covered parking as optional and if you have told that it is mandatory,we would have paid it earlier but it doesn't make sense to pay rs.2,50,000 for the same thing now.

I spoke to lawyer and I am planning to go to consumer forum against there illegal acts but I can go to National Consumer forum if I have 3-4 people with me and total claim amount is > 1 crore and we easily win as there points are baseless.

Do let me know if anyone is interested and we can file a case in national forum where cases don't take alot of time and if there is delay SRS will pay for the delay along with interest.

How much total time they will take?
