I have booked a affordable 2 BHK of Rs.15,80,500/- in SRS PALM Homes Sector 7 Palwal project.

At the time of booking I paid Rs.20,000/- through cheque no. 194794 dtd. 28/09/2014.

The Draw of Allotment of the flat came on 23/04/15 and I got the allotment of A7/A/101 Project SRS Palm Homes Sector – 7, Palwal.

Till today I made the total payment of Rs.7,90,989/- to the SRS REAL ESTATE LTD which is my hard earned money.

now I have to make the payment which is due in January – 2017 but due to the reasons like:- no construction on the site, rude behavior of the staff, nobody is willing to give me the proper response about the SRS PALM Homes Sector – 7 Palwal Project. no reply of phone call and e-mails. I am in confusion how can I connect to any authorised and responsible person who will give the answer of my questions. Please suggest me what step I should take. It will be a great help for me.

SRS royal Hills :- No New Registry ?

Hi,

I want to buy 2+1 BHK in SRS royal Hills but just came to know that builder not paying Canara bank loan. So bank stop the new registry in SRS royal Hills . Just want to know only transfer of Flat is enough or registry of flat is must and what is Bank rights if builder not paying loans can they create problem in future in the name of recovery ? becasue as per news SRS builder condition is not good and builder not paid many bank loans and many of his bank accounts is freeze.
