Your concern is correct about the basic infrastructure. As per my thinking basic infrastructure will obiviously grow gradually by increasing people strength at location.

Hi,

I had a recent discussion with SRS. They are saying that they will give possession only in next yr that too june or july.

is any body aware of that? when i called them in january they said that they would give this yr diwali......

Any body having any idea why they are delaying possession...........? Is there any legal problem?

Also Is there anyone who got the EDC refund...........????????????

I have been following up with them everytime they say it will take some time..........

But yesterday when i checked with them they said tht it will be adjusted during possession, The amount they were telling around rs25000.

Pls let me knw if any one already got the refund..........So that i can take appropriate action..........

or is there any one who has been suggested by them if the amount shall be adjusted during possession......?

Any word on possession of SRS Royal hills ..I believe have posted latest construction updates on site.

What are current rates, one of my friend also interested in property..

Also seems Bridge and Road connectivity will be there in 3-4 months .....so seems good newz are coming...

Also if anyone has any updates on the current rates for phase 2 and the estimated time to handover.

Yesterday I visited SRS Royal Hills and came to know from one of the supervisor for B-2 that SRS has plans to initiate possession for B-4, B-5 & B-6 in Nov 13 thereafter followed by B2 & B3 in early 2014.

I have a flat in B-2 and upon visit I noticed that in all the flats in this tower, the sewer pipes (4 inch diameter) in Kitchen & Bathrooms both Master bedroom & the lobby are hanging below the ceiling and giving out a ugly look and an example of sheer poor quality and ill planned construction.The ceiling in these areas are still not plastered and I assume that SRS shall provide with false ceiling or any other option to hide these pipes. However, as per the supervisor, SRS has still not decided upon whether they are going to hide these pipes at their cost or are they going to offer the same hangings to its customers.

Please update us about latest status on construction? I have flat in tower B6.

Is lift /paint work over? what about internal roads?

Will this area be livable from March ...if we got possession?

The levelling for roads in front of towers B-4,5 & 6 is being carried out at good pace. Some of the flats were locked as they might be ready for possession. The lift works & the internal paint are also being taken care off and it seems that the possession for these towers could be rolled out by Nov 13.

The living conditions shall be a concern as the entire project is not going to be completed by Mar 14 & therefore the availability of entire internal infrastructure & facilities shall be restricted & the readiness of the master roads by that time is expected but the current construction progress due to Hari Nagar issue certainly raises doubts.

I have requested SRS people..but they don't have...They have very old photos uploaded on site..

Currently , what is connectivity, I am planning to visit in next 2 months..Any update on Master road 45M in front of Royal hills..

Also, how much % total it will complete.
