Query - SRS Royal Hills

I am Deepak Miglani. I need your help related to SRS Royal Hills Project. I am interested in buying 2+1 BHK ( 1133 Sq feet ) flat. Pls help me with below mentioned points.

1. As per the SRS Royal hills broucher, there is a 45 meter wide road which is infront of the project entry gate. I need to know whether this 45 mtr road is proposed or approved by HUDA. I really dont have any clue whether this road will be there or not in future as I see some residences in between the location of the road. So, I need you help on this and pls do send me the documents if you have any.

2. Need to know your views about SRS Royal Hills. Also if you can guide me for any other good project in this range.

3. Is the title of the land is clear or Is there any dispute with the farmers or govt ?

Can we all ask Builder to make provisions of PNG and Tell them to ask Adandi for laying Supply lines in the all sectors areas
And if required we can write a request letter to Adandi.
Please suggest.
