As all of you[flat owners in Princess Park] would have visited in the bptp office in order to find an answer,for your listed queries, from the bptp management[though i am not an flat owner in Prncess Park] yet i am an owner in another project launched by bptp.

Hello All,

I was out of station for the last 20-25 days.I just saw the above discussion.Sorry for not being able to participate.
I have a flat in Tower A,Princess Park,i am also facing the same problem.
Did you guys go to BPTP Office on 22nd Sept? If Yes, then what what the conclusion after having a meeting with BPTP people there?
Please update here for any important information..

Now,have you all paid for the enhanced EDC charges?

Dear All ,

I know i am bit late in joining this fight against Builders but it is never too late to start .

Unfortunately i paid the Interest and enhanced EDC amount because of the fear to pay more interest in future as i didnt get any positive sign from BPTP response for this waiver or extension .

Secondly BPTP executive accepted the mistakes of interest calculation and asured it to be corrected in future however ,Timelines are not shared. They are saying excess interest amount would be refunded at the time of possesion . Now they are not responding to my emails also .Customer Care Number doesnt work either.

I have no options but to wait now , however i want to support this fight against Builders as this is only hope i have .

Please let me know how can i contribute to this movement .?

Are we planning any next meeting in near future..
