Princess Park flat Owners: Lets meet on Jan 8th

Hi All,

Now we have many good and bad news coming in. News like Non Bailable warrant against Kabul Chawla. Things are hot, so please lets make it happen this time. We are planning to meet on Jan 8th and venue & exact timing shall be informed by Thursday. We would be keeping it in the first half. Agenda...there are many. Including delayed possession interest charges from BPTP. I hope we all make our own list of query and post it in this mail chain. And a final list as on 7th will be printed out by one of and referred during our meeting. Please understand that we have taken many escape reasond for not making it happen on Dec10th. We can discuss on legal angles also.
Lets do it this time else, we will not get another chance probably. Based on the outcome we shall be meeting BPTP officials. So lets make this a success. We have a habit of saying that if not me some other will be going and we will get information without any effort. Now this habit is becoming common to all of us. I have to buy a 2BHK in neharpar faridabad with immediate possession. BPTP Princess park is the place which I am finding suitable as per my requirement in re-sale. Can you please enlighten whether I should buy this or not.

To me Park Elite Independent Floors seems to be a better one instead of Princess Park. BPTP has used fairly good material in starting sectors like A Block. And you get the roof rights ( 60:40)
