Sir, please file a complaint to Chief Minister office, Sh. S.S.Dhillon and all seniormost officers in HUDA/DTCP. Attach the illegal possession letter for Villas that you had received. DGTCP is crystal clear that possession can't be offered without obtaining occupancy certificate and is now mentioning that fact even when renewing the licence.DGTCP forced Piyush Group to withdraw illegal possession letter and only after that renewed the licence.

I support sugession of Dheeraj Jain. If you are awared of recent Pyush Heigh case and stands taken by authorities, you should report the matter to DTCP immediately.

One of Villa Owner has recently obtained the RTI from STP, Faridabad in which STP has clearly stated that all the consturction raised by BPTP in the shape of Villa is totally unauthorised and they have not yet applied for Occupation Certificate of authorisation of Villa. To discuss this matter we Villa owners have decided to Hold a meeting in Town Park, Faridabad at 2.00 P.M. on Sunday(tentatively) . I would like to request all the Villa Owners who are not on in contact with me can contact to me or Sh.Ajay Yadav or Sh.Rajan Aggarwal, President, Parkland Owners Association. Final date and time will be intimated on phone.

Could you please update what happened in the meeting (MOM) and what steps are being planned for getting the possession of Villas.

सीवर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट के लिए बनने लगा बजट

Apr 11, 2013, फरीदाबाद

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-89 व 77 में 2 सीवर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट बनने हैं। हूडा ने इसके लिए बजट बनाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, एस्टिमेट तैयार कर उच्च अधिकारियों के पास मंजूरी के लिए भेज दिया जाएगा।
हूडा अधिकारियों के अनुसार, ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में 91 मिलियन गैलन सीवर का पानी ट्रीट करने के लिए दो सीवर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट लगाए जाने हैं। एक प्लांट सेक्टर-77 में बनाया जाएगा। यहां से बुढि़या नाले तक 5 किलोमीटर लंबा एक नाला भी बनाया जाएगा, जो पूरी तरह से कवर होगा। साथ ही सेक्टर-89 में भी सीवर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट बनाया जाएगा। दोनों प्लांट्स में पानी को ट्रीट कर ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बनने वाले पार्कों और ग्रीन बेल्टों में इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा, जबकि बचे पानी को बुढि़या नाले में डाल दिया जाएगा। हूडा ईएक्सईएन भूपेंद्र सिंह ने बताया कि दोनों प्लांट के लिए बजट तैयार करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। जल्द ही बजट को मंजूरी के लिए उच्च अधिकारियों के पास भेज देंगे, जिसके बाद सीवर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट लगाने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।

Recently; President of parklands owners Association, Sh. Rajan Agarwal Ji had discussion with HUDA and Electricity Board and they confirmed that STP and ESS are being under process and approval by HUDA/HVPNL/DHBVN.
No role of BPTP.

Dear All

Happy to inform u that BPTP is started refunding Rs 100/sq yard against the demand of STP (Sewerage Treatment Plant) Charges to Plot owners Which was illegally collected from the plot holders in the name of STP.
Whereas this is one of the victory by Parklands owners association, which perused the ESS and STP case against BPTP.

Parklands Owners association is in receipt of document from TCP-CHD, which was issued by TCP to BPTP instructing about the STP Charges.

This has been possible only after consistent follow up with BPTP and DGTCP/HUDA. However, this is only a small step against our fight with BPTP and HUDA/DGCTP.

We will not stop till we get our Rs 995/back with interest which were charged as ESS and STP charges.

Following is the chronology

1.BPTP demanded Rs 995/sq yard on account of 220KV Sub Station and STP.

2.Parklands Owners Association confronted with BPTP about the grid Sub Station and shown them documents as these charges are being part of the EDC.

3.Taken case with DTCP/HUDA and collected various information and documents through the RTI.

4.BPTP in March 2013 admitted that the 220KV Sub Station is part of EDC and at that time they were kept mum about STP.

5.BPTP changed their stand about STP and changed their statements many time in past; as they said that they are making numbers of small STP for primary treatment of sewage and HUDA is making the big STP.

6. POA-again confronted with HUDA/DGTCP and finally HUDA admitted that there are nothing like primary treatment of sewage and the sewage of the colony will go directly to the main sewer line of HUDA.

7.Finally the BPTP has agreed to refund Rs 100/sq yard illegally Collected from the plot holders.

Some more facts

Initially BPTP demanded Rs 995/sq yard for 220KV Sub Station and STP.

Step 1 Break-Up
Rs 775 for 220KV Sub Station
Rs 220 for STP

Step 2 Break Up
(Changed)
Rs 775/ for Electrification Charges (EC) instead of ESS
Rs 120 for STP
Rs 100 for administration VAT etc.

This means they are hiding information and manipulating the data to cheat customer by various means.

However, entire amount of Rs 995 is illegal and wrongly collected by BPTP.

List of issues for Plots;

1. STP and ESS demand ( Demand @ Rs 995/- per sq yard)
2. Extra EDC/EEDC/IDC demand
3. Levying Interest and bank Guarantee in to EDC calculation, and wrong area efficiency considered @ 42.53%
while actual efficiency is much more than claim of BPTP. Which will reduce EDC demand.
4. Non Disbursement of Delayed penalty.
5. Wrong demand of Admin Charges

We all Plot holders need to send numerous mails to BPTP stating that all these charges collected by them are illegal.

Congratulations Ajay Ji !

It is very rare that you can see HUDA taking action against their BOSS i.e., BPTP ! Hence it is a big achievement.

BPTP has collected STP charges from its flat owners also like BPTP Elite Floor owners. It must have collected from its other flat schemes also.

Will this mean that everyone will get refund ? Do we have the copy of the HUDA order to this effect ?

Dear Ajay,

This, certainly is the good news & KUDOS to the efforts made by you & the group.
However BPTP was supposed to refund the amount which BPTP has collected/included in the amount Rs 1000.00/sq yds to install 400 KVA Electric Station which HUDA is supposed to erect. Although the entire amount of Rs 1000.00/sq yds has been collected in an absolute illegitimate manner.
For the information that HUDA is supposed to fund 1 No. of 400 KVA, 2 No.s of 220 KVA & 11 Nos. of 66 KVA Sub Stations across Sector 75 - 89 in Faridabad.
