HC orders SFIO Investigation for BPTP

dear tarun vohra
in your last mail u have mentioned about evidences for STP/SUB STATION.YES we have the clinching evidences with us.BUt do you thing it is worth while to post it on the web .This thred has been viewed by, 600 person as per the log,and replies are only 9 out of which 3 are from me.
With such spineless persons reading the thread and just leave it at that ,is it worth to share any information with them.

I fight a tenant case in my home town, I know what is the taste of court cases.
it weighs to the side more money. One has to find good advocate and follow him up and spoon feed and provide all resources and then still there is guarantee that he will not collude with other party because for us we are paying in thousands as fee but other party instantly can pay in lakhs because they have our money.

by the way of litigation BPTP want to avoid us.

They have clause of arbitration in the agreement. that means they we should ask for mutual discussion first .
Must include stp as respondent as they are colluded with builder in cheating public.
I am villa owner , if you have evaluated all factors before going for fight , still on count me also.
