Complaint against BPTP

Hi, Anybody fighting over the issue of enhanced EDC issue , Despite the fact that DTCP has issued clear cut instructions to the builders not to charge EEDc till the pendancy of the case in High court, they are still trying to extract the same. If you have not deposited EEDC, kindly contact me we can pursue the same with DTCP together .

I have made a complaint to the connaught place, police station against BPTP Ltd. And provided them proof of the offence several months back. But till date police have not registered a FIR and forcing us to settle the case at 9% interest.

I have filed a complaint against BPTP Parklands G Block Commercial Project. Which never physically existed everything was in air, regardless giving all the proofs to the police that the matter is cognizable they are not registering the FIR.
