Dear All,

I am having a flat in Park Elite Floor in BPTP project Can anybody answer of my following questions

1. What kind of charges builders are puting on buyers otherthan 5% balance payment at the time of possession?
2. Has BPTP started giving possession of Park Elite Floor?
